yes this would be a good gun for backyard battles and the grenade launcher on the bottom does not shoot grenades it either has one barrel or three barrels and it acts like a shotgun for close quarters but what i would do is go to youtube and research this gun as much as possible if you really want to get it and the fps is over 200 then get it it looks like it would be a good gun for backyard battles.
