I just sold a copy of Fallout 3 on ebay to someone living in Texas, he sent me a message asking me to send it to his brother in Manitoba, Canada, but the Paypal address is his Texas address, and he wants it sent insured, I was planning on using shipsurance at an additional cost of $1.50. and using USPS first class parcel. If it is insured, should I worry about sending it to a different address? The item sold for under $50

Look at the buyer's feedback.Mailing an item to any other address will leave you exposed to a chargeback. That said, my personal criteria was item under $25 and decent feedback. (I was blessed by several sellers who sent small items to friends and family without making me pay postage twice.)

EBID, like eBay, except that it gets much less traffic on it. It's less likely that you will receive your item, sold here, but this alternative. The big advantage of using this site is that there is no fee means if it doesn't sell, it's not a big deal. Don't forget about the local or regional advertising as paper documents. Many of them will be listed for cheap and get answers so far. Sometimes eBay is not the best place to try to sell you the item. There are many alternatives to consider using instead, that could get you a better deal.
