E-bay has a balance apparently for all my insertion and winning fees and so on, and it says it will charge my paypal account. How? I have no money in my paypal account I always transfer my money from PayPal to my actual bank instantly because I don't want to get overdraft, and I also just like having my money in my bank. E-bay also says I can change what I want charged like I can instantly charge my bank account, debit or credit card, or PayPal. I was thinking of charging my bank account straight out but I was just curious about how paypal works. I would also like to know if your paypal account can get overdraft, or if it's just a money holder for the seller and buyers convenience. Thanks in advance!

E-bay means electronic purchase for the domestic or electronic items. And pay through online by credit or other type payments. Pay pal means send money fast to one place to another place.
