This question is directed to people who use paypal and live in Vancouver, BC. I'm a member of the Vancity Bank?
and I've been trying to use Paypal to order things using Ebay. I've completed my paypal stuff but Ebay keep's asking for a CSC and my bank card hasn't got one. What do I do? How can I order anything on Ebay with my debit card? Is there any other websites I can order from using paypal without having to have a CSC? If you have an answer for me, that'd be awesome. Thanks.
