What accounts do I need to set up? Besides an account with Amazon, that is. I have a paypal account. Do I need to set up a USPS account to get ready to mail the books out? What should I expect from the transactions in terms of getting money from Amazon? Does it take a lot of time? Do I need to take a picture of the book and upload it to amazon?
