Ok, been reading up on this with other peoples' questions. Just yesterday I sold my time and effort put into leveling and gearing up a WoW character. So far everything has been ok. I have gotten the $ and am in the middle of xfering it to my bank account. If in fact he/she does try to issue a lie to receive the money back.. I would like to prepare myself because I feel like this might happen. Is there any possible way to erase myself completely from Paypal, or someway to dodge to refund? Perhaps, erase all bank accounts on PP account, delete account, even close the bank account completely. And if I were to do this, what would happen if he/she did issue a problem to get the money back?

You do not want to risk problems with your payment processor. If PayPal, for example, it is the only way you have of receiving payment, you don't want to risk having your account suspended by another user file complaint against you. There will be other sales simply let this one go.
