One Korean law student in California always make some last minute travel, instead of buying expensive ticket( over $400), he turned eye to craigslist, there are many posts selling southwest Rapid Reward for less than $200, AFTER travel, he will ask paypal refund his money because it is against rules to sold, purchase there tickets. And the tickets no cash value as rules. He DID same things for several times. The seller lost tickets and some fee( because rapid reward is not total free). But someone find out it, and prepare the fraud lawsuit against him.Is his action constitute fraud? Is he cute?

The aboriginal call of accepting into law jobs is to accept the appropriate qualifications. It would be appropriate to plan your apprenticeship in advance.
