I am purchasing apparel oversea and will have it shipped via DHL, other than a business license and a......?
You do not need any license, DHL will help you deal with all the things. What you have to do is just pay for them and pay the custom tax.

I wouldn't use DHL I know of several companies that have had problems with them.Other than that make sure about taxes and custom requirements.
