I just imported a list of birthdays from an Excel file into my Outlook calendar. The thing is, all the birthdays have the year the person was born, and I can't find a way to import them as recurring events. I can click on each one individually and change it to a recurrent event, but with as many as I imported, that's going to take forever. Is there a way to select multiple entries and change the recurrence pattern of all of them to yearly instead of having to do it one at a time?

Open outlook Alt+F11, double click icon ThisOutlookSession, put this code http://www.freewebs.com/swhtam/YA/makeItRecurring.txt on the right blank areaChange the category of those birthday appointments to "VIP" (by re-importing them with updated category field), then go back to outlook main screen, Alt+F8 click the line ThisOutlookSession.makeItRecurring, click run button. Then all these appointment items will be set on recurring, I understand there are attributes of the appointments might not be your choice, change them on the code to suit you. Please contact for more details.
