I'd like to show a demo of italian food during a conference in atlantic city in november. There will be about 200 people and i would like to arrange at least a meal and a sampling of wines, so we are talking about 100 kg of shipment. The shipping expenses are not a problem, but i need to know what are the requirements (and time) needed by the FDA in order to send the shipment.The tasting demo will be free, but it will be inserted as part of the conference.
