So far i have done stroller cardio and in Sept, I am starting mom and yoga classes. Please let me know of any others you may know of. I live in Verdun.

Many canadian cities release catalogues of classes offered at public centres (public pools, community centres etc.etc.). Just walk into the centre nearest you and look for one on the racks normally around the reception desk. If you can't find anything ask for some help. There is a whole chapter dedicated to everything from aqua classes to yoga and Beyond. Your sure to find something best suited to you!Cheers!
