pilates is very good for toning....my instuctor does a mix of yoga, pilates & tai chi its soo ****** intense lol im always happy when the 75 minutes are up haha but if you wanna lose weight you should try cardio for faster results but pilates and yoga is great too

Yoga is really relaxing, and also produces great results!i've tried palates at home, and ended up pulling a muscle. So im not the biggest fan of palates, but im sure if you practice it with someone who knows what they're doing, it can be great exercise

Pilates is best for toneing the body, elongating the limbs and building strength without bulk. Yoga is more about spritual body connection and relaxation techniques. It helps stretch, pull and relax your body. I have no Idea what yogalates is. To get your body in tip top shape, do an intense workout ( cardio) , then move to pilates, then move to yoga as a finisher. both yoga and pilates do not take a long time if you do not want them to. There are 5, 10 and 15 min. workouts for both of those that you can bennefit from. I love going for a run, doing pilates for 30 min ( 2 15 cycles) and then finishing with yoga. with my opinion Yoga is the best. It is so useful for the health. There are many benefits with the compare of Yogalates or palates.like it reduce the heart diseases.it is so useful to increase the memory power and energy power.it also useful to maintain the body fitness etc. these all are the best benefits.

Yoga is a spiritual body connection and relaxation techniques. It can help to stretch, pull and relax the body. I do not know what Yogalates. In order to get your body in tip-top shape to do intense exercise, and then move to the Pilates and yoga as a Terminator.
