Everything looks good except you may want to eat some more protein for dinner. Protein has less calories per gram than fat while also filling you up and help your body maintain its muscle mass...which is important for your metabolism. You should aim for about 1-2 pounds a week for the best results. If you go too fast you will not be losing fat and you will look disproportionate. Also, you don't have to follow that strictly. Having a slice of pizza every now and then isn't bad if you opt for a thin crust without the fatty toppings. Other than that it sounds like you have a good plan and will see quick results.

Sounds very balanced (assuming your vegetarian and don't eat meat). I would caution against a free "day" each week, but perhaps splurging on a single treat for 300 calories like half a slice of cake or whatever it is that you crave. I don't know how many calories you eat normally, but it would be possible to over do it in a single day and undo what you've already done the rest of the week (potato chips, chocolate, etc... adds up extremely quickly). My only worry/suggestion is to make sure you measure out all your portion sizes especially for the nuts. It's a real adjustment for most people when they realize a serving of nuts is so few (e.g. 14 almonds is 1 serving)Good luck! Sounds like you're really getting moving in the right direction here!

Sounds good but the only thing I would change if you are trying to loose weight is only have 1 wrap at lunch, and the serving size for rice should only be 1/3 of a cup. At dinner, try to add another source of protein (tofu? Or if you are planning to have 2 eggs in a day, split it up between breakfast and dinner or have that second wrap). Careful on the nut intake because although they have their good qualities, they can also contain a lot of salt and fat. Otherwise, it sounds like you are getting a well rounded daily intake of foods! Good luck!!
Edit: Also, my guess is if you stick to this plan, you should be able to loose 15 pounds in 2 months. If you're cardio is more intense (ie running instead of walking, and doing it for at least an hour instead of a 1/2 hour for example) you should be poised to loose more |

The correct way of eating lies a lot in factors such as body size, diet, exercise, etc. you have to make sure that you eat food which contains calories to match your body-mass index. Taking a balanced meal is the best form of eating healthy.
You should have a good diet planned out for you by your dietitian. Foods that contains too much of fats and oil should be avoided. These contribute not only towards a good diet but are also an important aspect of good health.

I would like to add some carbs for breakfast oat are good energy. When I want a flatter abdomen to find the best way is to cut the bread and sugar as these have on water. Just want to do this for a week tho - and then return to a healthy eating plan, as you describe.

Everything looks good, but you can have dinner to eat some protein. Protein calories per gram less fat, but also to fill you and help your body maintain its muscle mass. Your metabolism is very important to. Best results, your goal should be about 1-2 pounds a week. If you go too fast, you will not lose weight, you will look disproportionate.
