You will burn some but yoga isnt really for burning calories. Yoga is mainly for stretching and building some muscle. You need to pick up a cardio activity to burn calories.

Not enough. The best weight for your height is 115 pound following the rule 'you should weigh 100 pounds at 5'0" and then add 5 pounds for every extra inch.' Of course, I am 14, (15 in 8 days!!!) and I am 5'5" and 100 pounds. I'm happy with my weight and I wouldn't trade it for anything cause I like being thin. Anyways, I would suggest you do soem cardio because Yoga is good if you are looking to tone up, but it's not the ideal exercise if you are looking to lose weight.

I hate to answer your question with a website, BUT if you go to caloriesperhour.com you can put in your height and weigh,t and then select from a list of hundreds of activities and input the time you did them for, and it will give you a pretty accurate approximation. I use it all the time!
