Default HELP! is yoga or pilates better for losing weight?

i'm an athelete and i have training on a regular basis. i'd like to lose a few more pounds in summer while toning up the other parts of my body like my abs, arms and inner thighs. is yoga or pilates better for me? please give me some advise! thanks.

neither of them really make you LOSE weight- they just make you toned. If you want to lose weight & burn fat then you have to do cardio- jogging, running, bicycling..

to me, none, it just makes you stretch and at least be flexibleI recommand cardio and cross fit

Pilates definitely. It uses more muscles and is more active than yoga.

Yoga is the best for the losing of fats but there are various forms of yoga that is necessary to know. Avoid eating fats food and calories.

Actually Yoga is the refers to traditional physical and mental disciplines that originated in India. Really it is the way of life, an art of righteous living or an integrated system for the benefit of the body, mind and inner spirit. It is introduced in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. Really it help us form Asthma, Respiration Problems, high Blood Pressure, Pain Management and many other thing. In my opinion Yoga is the best way to loss weight.

Yoga is best for health. Yoga is one type of ayrvedic therapy. Due to yoga we can must lose our weight easily as well as we prevent many disease like heart disease, blood pressure and so on. Its good for our heath, body and mind.
