I'm 5'6" and weigh around 108 pounds. I run and do yoga and Pilates daily so my abs are really flat and solid, but there's fat covering them so instead of looking flat, they look sort of bulgy and puffy, especially my lower abs. I eat healthy and drink lots of water too. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but this fat isn't going away, I want to get to 14% body fat and right now I have like 17%. How do I do that? What should I change? **I'm not trying to lose weight, just fat.**

Losing body fat really doesn't have to be hard. I think that actually, most people already know how to lose it. You simply need to eat right and exercise. The best way to get ripped and maintain as much muscle as you can is to diet slowly. The truth is, when you are on a low calorie diet, your body prefers to use muscle tissue for fuel rather than excess body fat.

I would recommend you that do some exercise like swimming, walking, cycling. You can also do some yoga and aerobics exercises. These are very good for health. Avoid Oily and Outside food.
Eat only nutritious and healthy food. I hope these will help you lose the fat.

Taking nutritionally rich food but lower in calorie, doing some regular workout and doing certain yoga helps to reduce body fat by an enormous amount

I think best exercise is walk , if you are not doing exercise in right way you may gain fat instaed of loosing so hire some instructor
