Default How long should I do yoga for?

based from the information i gathered as long as you are happy ,contended, spiritually cleansed and relax then it is ok to continue to do the yoga.

if you just do each exercise until it just starts to hurt slightly and then move on to the next one, you won't go far wrong.

Default How long should I do yoga for?

It struck me today that I'm not nearly as flexible as I should be for an ex-gymnast. I've done yoga before, but I've never taken a formal class, just done some poses as stretches. How long is a normal session of yoga, or, for a beginner, interested in home yoga, how long should I do it for?Thank you!

Yoga is very good exercise and is the best way to gain good health. Performing Yoga regularly for one hour is very much and beneficial for the health. It makes body and mind relax and fresh. It is also very good for the health of heart and reduce the risk of heart disease.

Yoga is very good thing to be fit and healthy. It gives us many benefits. It helps to reduce weight. It reduces stress and depression. It can cure diseases. Body gets enough stretch from Yoga. everyone should do Yoga daily 30 to 45 minutes in morning.

Seriously depends on what type of yoga you are doing, and how strong it is like the first poster said. I think this may be a bit lost trying to use yoga as a main tool to burn calories. It is better to make a kind of aerobic, yoga is not, if you really want to burn calories faster.

It all depends on what kind of yoga, it is you are doing. Yoga relaxation, yoga or exercise. In this case, I would like to exercise yoga is that you are talking about. To burn 300 calories, I would say you will do about one hour or one and a half hours of yoga. I think this is great, you are staying fit.
