Is this good eating for today?
Bfast- dry cerealLunch- an apple and an orangeDinner- sushi (with chicken, rice, seaweed, lettuce, cucumber and avocado)I did a little bit of bikram (heat) yoga alsoI am 18, 5'4, 115 lbs (about 164cm, 51kgs)this is how I normally eat, occasionally I eat more, if I am hungry, but I am full after this
