im into regular yoga. i do it under my air conditioner
i prefer it that way! yoga is great. excellent for muscles- great for relaxation, toning your body, and helps with self control. i love it! |

I am fairly fit, cardio wise, but new to yoga.Today I tried bikram yoga (which is yoga in a 50 degree Celsius room), and couldn't even last the 90 minute session, I felt so nauseous cos of the heat.Would normal yoga be better?I am 5'4, 115lbs and 18 if it helps.

Both yoga are good for all. Bikram yoga is really great for me. I always do It. It is good for mind and health. It can clear your mind and Increase energy. It gives us fabulous body toning effects. It reduce the effects of stress.
