I can only tell you that I personally noticed results after I increased my consumption of monounsaturated fats (MUFA’s), which are found mainly in vegetable oils, olives, nuts and seeds, dark chocolate, avocados and some other plant foods. I also walk or bike for about one hour @ 5 times/week. From personal experience, I can tell you that it really makes a difference, especially around the belly. Grapefruit helps too, but don't sweeten it. I like unsweetened grapefruit juice that I can buy pretty cheap at the grocery store. With your yoga ball, stand on a wall with the ball behind your back.So that your keeping the ball up with your body, than kneel down like your sitting on a chair. Try to hold this for as long as you can. You don't have to hold it forever, maybe stay like that for 40 seconds, stop, do another, stop and do another. When I did this the ball helped because I would push my back more into the ball to help me stay up. It's great to tone up legs.As for the gym, check it out. Ask if you can have a free trial to see if you like it or not, most gym will do this for you. Try some machines that look interesting to you. It's not that hard, don't worry.And if you want, look for someone else alone at the gym, and ask you can work out with them. Make some friends =)

I have a yoga ball, and don't know what to do with it. Are their any videos? And I would also like to tone my stomach and legs - especially my legs and get rid of my love handles. I can run two times a day, about two or three miles. I also have a gym in waking distance of my house. I just wouldn't know what to do, or what machines to use. A personal trainer is too expensive. I would like to loose 2 pounds a week for eight weeks if that is possible.Soma - the URL doesnt work.
