Well yoga helps you with posture and balance. I'm not quite sure if I understand what your saying but if your saying you think your gaining weight instead of losing weight then I get it. I'm thirteen and I weigh around 135. I'm not fat, I just have a lot of muscle because I do a lot of sports. When you run your building muscle and burning fat. Muscle weighs more than fat so when fat is replaced with muscle it adds more weight. Now if your saying your body doesn't look any different from when you began then work on the areas that haven't improved. Go to the gym and use the machines meant for those areas like leg-lifts, ect. I have also found that swimming is a great way to get thinner and gain more muscle because you are using every part of your body when you swim. Hope I was helpful ^^

The calories you'll burn walking 3 miles depends on your weight and level of intensity. The calories you'll burn doing yoga and pilates is statistically 0.

I walk/jog on the track on Saturday and Sunday and go to the gym during the week. Sometimes I do yoga and pilate's but I don't think it's really effective. Like what does it help me with. I'm 15 and weigh 116 lbs. I eat kind of a lot but never get fat. When I workout it seems like I'm doing it for nothing. I don't see that many results. I only see results in my arms. What should I do?How much calories do I burn walking 3 miles. How much do I burn doing pilate's for 20 minutes and yoga for 30?
