Hello,Well im 5'2 and weigh 165lbs...i know im fat!the only good thing is that my fat is distributed all over my body...so i uess thats what you call proportionate? anyway im hispanic so i have the booty,boobs and hips...I use to be 130 about 6yrs ago and i want to get back to how i was!i let go of myself and now im paying the consequences...i use to be a size 7 jeans now im fitting into a 10 (almost 12).I carry a lot of fat on my arms...which they dont gigle they are pretty solid but either way i want to lose some arm fat also belly and some inches off my hips...what can i do to get back to a size 7?!ive been taking Zumba classes and starting to do yoga...im also walking since i cant run and i do about 100 crucnches twice a week...but i dont see the difference. pls help!!

First of all decide your daily routine of exercise. Along with that it should be the proper diet plan also. After making your plan, do it on regular basis and simply stick with it. Eat food which contains high fiber.
