Ok so again I ask, I am a 16 year old female, I'm 5'6' and 208 lbs. I am on a strict diet of 1000 calories or less a day but I am sure that my body is not in starvation mode, I work out like a fool every day doing turbo jam, and when I'm not I'm jumping up and down or running in circles for no reason lol, anyway I don't have a job or money for any products, I drink tons of water, and I eat a very health strict diet and have no weightloss medical problems as I once thought, but i want to lose between 15-20 pounds a month for 2 months straight I already lost 14.....PLEASE I'M BEGGING, anyone who can help me anything I can do that will cost NO MONEY thank you

Some diet tips ~ that really do work:~ No soda or diet soda.Soda just adds calories. Diet soda can keep you from loosing weight, the aspartane in it makes you hold onto body fat.~No sugar~No white bread/ flour~No deserts, candy, or anything like that~No fried foodsAlso make sure you aren't snacking.Don't eat past like 8 pm. Eat slowly, enjoy what you've got.Also excersize

Just remember to stay motivated and don't quit. Stay hydrated and perform the exercises correctly don't cheat because your only cheating your self, no one else.If you don't know what an exercise is or how to do it correctly then use google as I'm sure it's their some where with pictures showing correct form and how to do it.Feel free to change it up just take it slow and work your way up. Just don't quit, I hate quitters. Yes its going to be hard at first but I'm not claiming it to be a magic pill. However I know for a fact that if you do these at least 3 times a week religiously you will see results. Just stay on a healthy diet and exercise. It'll all work out.

How about something that will GIVE YOU MONEY instead?As you are losing weight, i think you are already in the right track.Just keep doing it, and do some of these to make it faster (and give you money too):1. Babysit more than one child, everyday. This activity requires a lot of energy, especially if your clients are energetic healthy kids; the stress they caused will help you to burn more calories too.2. Lawn the grass. Use the old style lawn mower instead of the electric one. Ask your neighbours, maybe they need your service too.3. Clean the house, not only your room. This can be a good business too, as not many people enjoy clean their houses. If you really do it in moderate speed, it will move your body around and burns a lot of calories.4. Distribute the newspapers. You can ride a bicycle or jog (more calories to burn). The more byou distribute, the heavier your burden, means more calories will be burnt and more money for you.5. Wash the cars, old fashioned way. 6. Walk the dogs.7. Be a golf caddy.8. Be a volunteer at old folks home / orphanage (ok, you may not get paid here, but your reward is big in heaven; and you still burn a lot of calories).Be creative, there are a lot of things you can do that will need a lot of energy (burns calories = lose weight). Just keep away from internet, computer, TV, and books (comics, novels); those things will only prevent you from burning more calories.Good luck.GBU

If you want to loss you more weight then you should flow some rule that Everything you need to do is watch what you eat and expend more energy than you consume. If you call this a "diet" so you'll have all the weight back in a few months to lose it.It is important that you do not feel alone, and reach out to friends, is generally a good decision. Do not touch the brands you know and love immediately - or without thinking first.

If you are very serious to lose weight, Yoga is a old therpy and you all know old is always old,Yoga not only feel relax to us it cure several deciease , give mental peace , stablity , fitness. In this stressful life we all require this on a daliy basis , just you have to do to buy a CD or DVD or acn switch on to some Yoga showing channels and do with it regularly and try to do it at morning.
