If you are serious about losing weight, yoga is an ancient therpy and you all know age is still old yoga are felt not only choice to relax told mental peace, stablity and gym. Well,after going through the posts I want to say that you should not eat over & try to skip one time food.Avoid the oily & sweet foods.Do exercise regularly & if possible do cycling or walking.I hope by following all this things you will sure lose your weight.

If you are serious to lose weight, yoga is an ancient therpy, you know the old is always old, yoga, relaxation not only gives us the feeling of some deciease cures it, to the spirit of peace, stablity, fitness. 1.Do more exercise like swimming,cycling,Yoga.
2.Take healthy food like fruits and green vegetables.
3.Drink more water in t he day.
