Are the vegetables grown for export in Mexico in New York City Sewage Politically Correct to discuss in public?

Or is this a dirty secret that New York solid waste is shipped to Mexico and used as fertilizer.What I'm wondering, is this flushing Bailout funds down the drain

They didn't ship all the sewage from New York, the place is still armpit deep in the stuff.

cattlefish, is that the color black fish, and the head look like the snake? I actually tried that fish when one of my Indonesian friend cooked it but it was a fried and with coconut milk with many chili, ouchhh so hot.
