2101.11-210 or 2101.12-121 as tariff code are for instant coffee trade.If it is just dry and extract of coffee beans it would be first one and if it is made with some additional ingredients it would be second one.Anyway, if you can get official certificate of origin to present Customs, due to EPA between two of these countries, it is now duty free even for commercial import to Japan.http://www.customs.go.jp/tariff/2008_4/data/21.htm無税　means duty free in Japanese.You'd better ask Japanese embassy for more detailed infomation.
