Depends what Country you are in regarding import & export licenses. Also, you will need to source a supplier in China (a good place to start would be the Chinese Embassy) then once you have agreed on a reputable supplier you will need to negotiate terms. It unlikely that you will be given a credit line (certainly in the early days of trading - if at all) so you will have to pay cash with order (CWO) or in other words cash up front! So you can see you will have to be sure of your supplier. Furthermore, there are a whole bunch of EU laws for electronic goods all of which you will have to meet before you can sell them on.
