Because we work directly with the manufacturer and deal in bulk we are able beat the competition and cut cost these event planners. Now that we have these contacts I would like to be able to use them to help others looking for the same products. Ideas would be appreciated. My minimum order is 5000 pcs.

Marketing to individual events will not work if your minimum order is 5000 pieces. You need to be marketing to trophy makers, engraving kiosk owners, and the companies that supply them.
