Demons follow all relics, charms emblems of false religions - they know that it is indicative of the vulerability of the person's spirit and heart to evil, darkness, and lies and you know who is the author of all lies - SATAN - yes you allow him entry into your life and he has one goal to destroy your life and then take you to hell.He will destroy your relationhsips, health, etc and worst of all take you to hell.many aethiest become instant Christians and lovers of Jesus after they die and get a chance to come back because they were resuccitated - they quickly find out that without forgiveness for their evil deeds on earth what horror and evil rest where they are going and that Jesus alone can help.DOn't play with your soul - live foreverYour bro, SPLCheck out http://www.spiritpoweredliving.org/

Insightful post. I agree and see examples of what you speak of all the time. It really is interesting and disgusting at the same time. This entire country is a basket of symbols that stand for things most people have no clue about. The eagle, the fasces in places too numerous to list, symbols on currency, brances of govornment, etc.I am a Christian but I will be the first to tell you this country was indeed not founded on Christianity. It was just a cloak for Roman rule.Funny how things once thought to be heretical in nature become everyday fashion statements.

I guess it is a non issue for me. I would accept that you wear them as an acknowledgment of that others values and beliefs are valid. You may not agree but value diversity.

I don't wear anything normally (jewelry) but wouldn't have an issue with it. I'm a Christian and have always wanted a menorah. I think it's great that you have an understanding of the symbols you wear.

i personally don't out of respect for my religion and because I don't want to give people the wrong idea. I don't want to wear something that might affiliate me with a group I don't belong to. If I don't like Obama Im not going to put obama campaign stickers on my bumper....I don't believe that I would go to hell or that God would be angry with me but I don't out of my love for him and so that people don't get any other ideas of my beliefs

I hold no symbol to have any spiritual value. I find them to have a historical value, because of the beliefs that others place in those symbols...I don't wear Christ on a cross. I don't think he wants to see me wearing a graven image of his torture around my neck. And, since the debate is hotter than ever, I will not forget what Christ has done for me. I have no need to wear a cross.I don't wear a fish. I don't eat fish. I don't think that Yahweh is a fish. Apparently, Jesus doesn't have fins.I don't wear any symbols of any kind. I prefer that people imply nothing about me, although I know that they will imply. I don't want to hear about the esoteric meaning of all of these works of human hands. For me, they do nothing compared to what Christ has done for me.
