Default Is it legal to import sea shell crafts and art to the USA, from Philippines?
My fiancee is Filipina, and her family makes beautiful crafts with shells. We are interested in selling in the USA, but I'm not sure if it's legal to import.

I'm not sure what the legal channels are but I don't see any reason why not. If you look at most similar stuff in the US, they are made in China. Many people already do similar on a smaller scale and sell them on eBay.Best wishes.
