I was under the impression it was however I saw this website that says it's not. I'll put the link below and what they say....http://www.headshopsupply.com/cigars.phpReal cuban cigars can be difficult to find in places that they are still illegal to purchase such as the United States but in some countries outside of the U.S. you can order authentic and real Cohiba, Monte Cristo and Romeo Y Julieta that are not counterfeit. Many people are still confused and think that it is illegal to order by importing into the U.S.A. For personal use this is not true. You are legally allowed to order up to two boxes and our supplier guarantees delivery to all personal buying to the U.S.A. and other countries. All are hand rolled and have been enjoyed by various celebrities such as President Bill Clinton. Our supplier also has a wide variety of accesories such as humidors, and books to describe the history of smoking these hand crafted and tight rolled cigars. You must be over 18 to order and the most popular brands are listed below and include Cohiba, Montecristo and Romeo Juliet.

I dont think the US will allow planes or boats in from Cuba unless you get an illegal immigrant to smuggle them in. Anyways, just wait some time. Fidel Castro is almost dead and supposidly his brother or whoever wants to trade with America and be on their side once he dies. America will not refuse to do buisness with them because they want Americans to go down there for vacation and they want their goods like sugar, cigars, fruits, and more. If you really want to get the cigars, you can go to Canada and take a plan from there to Cuba. If the US finds out you were there they could fine you, possibly put you in jail, or not allow you in the US or something. I'm not too sure about the punishment on it.

It is illegal for you to order/buy cuban cigars. It is NOT illegal for retailers outside of the U.S. to sell or ship them to you.If this company posted that information, than you can be almost guaranteed of getting fakes.
