Even sugar free anything contains sugars to cause decay. Red bull is full of sugar and so are sodas....So yes...Brush, floss and see your dentist every 6 months. Sodas cause tooth decay, stomach problems, and fragile bones because the phosphorous acid depletes the body of calcium.
