First define your target market. Who are the customers interested in your products? Why? What is the extra value proposition which you bring to them which they don't get in the existing product? For e.g. it can be lower price! You have to be very clear on this point. If you don't know what is the extra which your products bring then no strategy can be formed for selling your products.Once you are clear about your customer base, research where they buy the product. This is identifying the channels through which you can reach the target customers. Can you each these channels? For e.g. if you thing that your customers shop at Walmart of other big departmental stores, will the store be willing to carry your products as well and at what cost? In the end, design a promotional campaign to communicate your value proposition to the customers.Ideally these steps should be done in advance
