There seems to be a chemical imbalance and ignorance in some people's brains.'China' doesn't do this, rather unscrupulous and/or ignorant people running businesses in China have put others at risk both in China and in the world. The Chinese are only now realizing the need for governmental regulation of the safety of products because it is now suddenly a capitalist economic system. There will probably be more instances of unsafe products in the near future until enforcement mechanisms and safety regulations are fully implemented.
