Look to Africa where 10 kids is common yet they can't even feed 3, and now they're exporting themselves to America and Europe and doing the same things in those countries.Polygamy is common where one African male has over 60 wives and hundreds of children.Look at the culture of violence that seemingly comes with the high birth rates. Should the civilized world intervene by sending food so that they can keep breeding more and more, even to the point of the colonization of Europe while the indigenous population is raped and killed by the imported crime? If so, then why shouldn't the west require sterilization in return for the help?This problem could be solved literally WITHIN GENERATIONS if there were real working guidelines, rules, and FOLLOWTHROUGH!Toss the political correctness in the trash and institute real working solutions for all nations.

Overpopulation is huge problem, it also brings on just about any other problem you can think of (alleged) Global Warming, pollution, violence, famine, etc. AIDS is doing a fair job of limiting population growth in Africa. I know this sounds incredibly cruel, but we should just let Africa work out their AIDS epidemic themselves. It's the 21st century, that means you don't live in grass huts anymore. It's Darwinism in action. If you have the means to support 2 or 3 kids, yet you decide to have a dozen kids instead, and six of them die. Then that's you're own fault and you don't deserve any sympathy. It's not rocket science.

Your ideas, some at least, make sense but would be construed as racism. They would never be allowed. It's been tried. As regards aid to Africa, the PC and effective way is to provide contraception along with the food and life-saving medication. Once it is not necessary to have a dozen children to insure that one or two will survive long enough to care for you in your old age, family sizes can drop.Finally, we don't have to import our crime from Africa; we do quite well with the domestic variety.

I think it's fair. If they want the help then they should agree to not having anymore babies, if that means sterilization then so be it. This overpopulation is not just hard on our animals and forests, it's also hard on other people. My ancestors are from Europe, if it gets overrun by Africans it won't be Europe anymore and the European people will be without a home. I'm with the OP on this. This is a very controversial question. But I agree with you to a point. I think that those who are on welfare should have a limit to how many kids they have, any after that they should be sterelized. Ya people can say that it is a right to have kids. Ya, it is in this country, but if you live off of government money the government should have the right to tell you how many kids you are allowed to have unless they get off welfare.I know alot of people, personally, that live on welfare and only have kids so they can get more money. Then they pawn their kids onto their family memebers. As a tax payer that pisses me off more than anything I can think of. Honestly, we should get rid of the welfare system or at least make many restrictions if you live on it. For example, those who live on welfare should have limited rights like living. Polygamy and over population decrease dramatically when the local women are allowed the rights to education, jobs, votes, and property ownership. It's been proven over and over. Polygamy especially goes into decline.
