we have no choice in waiting. it is their government. there are factions who are fighting for controll of the government and are to petty to put aside their quarrel and see to the needs of their people

Whenever I post something suggesting we free Burma/Myanmar from their so-called government all I get is a bunch of whining liberals that don't want us to get involved and a few protective Chinese that don't want us too close to their borders. I can't understand though why the Chinese government protects this evil regime. Could someone explain that?We should have kicked those nuts out long ago.

Even in this 21st century, we are seeing such a ruling, means what ? The whole universe to get shame, and i don't know what the united nations is doing. when the america doing all tactics to stop all eatables, medicines etc., to the iraq, why now keep mum. The america fighting for democracy and ordered the poor musharaff to undress his military uniform, why it hesitates to say the same to the myanmar dictators ? what is preventing them? Still it is waging war against the poor iraqi people, even after ending war, hanging the saddam why it is not turning to the side of myanmar ? The chief police of universe seeing it and why it is getting fear over these dictators ? They are doing all the atrocities under the shadow of china. Oh !! dictators, please wait.. there is an end to you.. you have not yet learned lessors from the past histories.

I sit in horror and am speechless when I consider what is going on in Myanmar. I'm hearing that local authorities are giving food to Buddhists and none to Christians in the same village. It is beyond comprehension why the Junta leaders are still in power!No dictator, no invader, can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom. Against that power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand. The worst form of tyranny the world has ever known the tyranny of the weak over the strong.

whats the big deal thats the kind of goverment the liberals want here in the U S.

when people are starving for food, when nargis ruins their live, the dictators runs elections, when they suffers for food, the dictators not allowing the other nation's offerings, when they are suffering, the authorities export rice to other countries for dollars and minting money. Whereas the people of myanmar are given rotting rice from the ruined stock. How many days we can tolerate ?
