How to reach clients in USA / Europe / UK to sell variety of Rice?

I am rice merchant who wants to export variety of Rices to USA/UK/Europe. Does any one knows how to contact and whom to talk to export my Rice products ?.... My rates are really very low as it starts from 0.9USD/Kg for best indian rice "Ponni"Any help would be so great.My number is +91-9884425307

try mexico, you have really good price, but i have this question who pays te shipping exporter or importer?
