For a long time it's puzzled me as to why Bray seems to be such a magnet for top restaurants. Obviously Heston Blumethnal's places (particularly the Fat Duck) get plenty of publicity in conjunction with his TV appearances, books, etc. - he has the Fat Duck and the Hinds Head Hotel. But for two of the UK's only four 3-star Michelin restaurants to be in one village is really quite surprising..
