Throwing in my 2 cents for Granada. It's small enough that you can see everything in a couple days, but it has some real beauty, most notably the Alhambra, the old Moorish castle. You have to schedule a visit beforehand, but it's absolutely worth it. Some great views from the top, too. Also, the nightlife is quite lively!.
