i guess a girl alone can travel safely if she is aware about the atmosphere she is going to visit next to. But yes paris definatly is not safe to travel. There is so much crowd in the touristic places. Pick-pockets is very normal there. I have also been to paris, rome, venice, milan, and many cities in germany. Every where i had a good experience but i doubt for a girl to travel alone in Paris. Its not safe..
