Have you considered Bournemouth, in the south? It's a great place, very toursitic in summer with plenty of students coming from all around Europe. There's a "Pier" which makes it a very english coastline city. The overall atmosphere is great. I spent 6 months there, for my studies, and I miss it so much now. :cry: What I really enjoyed the most was the atmosphere in Winter. Less people around, and the cold outside air makes it even better to go in a local pub and have a beer. I also went to Blackpool, a couple of years ago but just for a couple of days. That's a must!.
