I went to Barcelona back in 2008, and I was amazed by this city. It's really beautiful, you can feel the history. The most amazing thing that really shocked was I didn't hear one car horn in a day! Coming from Paris, that was quite a surprise! Very peaceful atmosphere, but in the same time very living. I alos love the Catalan architecture, that you can alos find in cities ike Perpigan or Collioure in the south of France. I also liked this kind of mount, located to the western side of the city, if I remember well. You can have an anwesome view over the whole city from there. I haven't visited any other places in Spain though (except a bit of Girona)..
