Hi, I've just got back from Jamaica and had an amazing time. If you can go to H'evens Scent in the mountains. It's run by a guy called Derek Evans who used to on the TV in the UK. His place has loads of Zip Wires, ATV and paintballing. I did a Zip Wire which was simply amazing, pretty nervous but the staff were really helpful and reassuring. They also have a thing called the Screamer which is a 50ft swing....brilliant! Also swim with the dolphins at Dolphin Cove or got to Mystic Mountain. I hope you enjoy your trip.
