I see you asked about where to fly into and our of - most flights from Dubai are via Nairobi but easily connected to Kilimanjaro International (main airport in Arusha) from here you will have a 1 hour transfer to Arusha Town itself. Depending on your arrival time you may need to overnight in Arusha before heading out on your safari. Plenty of flights daily from Arusha to various airstrips in the Serengeti. At this time of year I dont recommend driving - its a long and dusty road to get to the north and western regions! I agree with Monique that by splitting your time between camps really does offer a better chance of seeing the migration! If you are planning on visiting this year I suggest booking sooner rather than later - travellers often book 6 months to a year in advance in order to get their first choice of accommodations.
