My friend has a dual nationality American and Irish, but has always lived here in the UK. We are due to Travel from London to New York on 28th and he has just noticed his American passport (which he was planning to travel with) has expired! He does have an Irish passport which is valid and in date, if he gets an ESTA could he Travel to the US using this? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
