My wife and I visited San Francisco very briefly in 2008 during a cross-country road trip between New York and California. We didn't spend very much time there, but we did drive down Lombard Street. She drove it, actually. I figured I'd let her have the fun :-)We didn't spend much time there because we both were eager to see and explore the Pacific Coast Highway, which we took from there to the US/Mexico border (where we were promptly detained and questioned by US Border Patrol). What fun...Anyway, if you want to see a little video clip of us driving down Lombard Street, we have that here. Highly recommended!!.
