I don't know if you have any preference to what country but I've just finished studying at a school called Expanish in Buenos Aires and I couldn't recommend it more. I really enjoyed my time there and feel that my Spanish has really improved. The good thing about going to Buenos Aires to study is that there are so many schools to choose from you so you're bound to find one that suits you!.
