Nice result, your waterfall shot! Mine are all done manually, and without filter nor tripod. I just put the ISO way down (like ISO 50) and make my aperture real small (so I dial a high number, up to F22 if needed). The result is a slow shutter speed, but it's only slow enough if the waterfall is not in direct sunlight.
