I would like to give some important tips to lose weight. Cut your calories as much as possible and don't eat calories food. Start exercise which you like to do and you can do stretching exercise. Eat healthy food and take lots of vitamin C foods which will cut your fat from the waist side.

According to me the best option for the body weight decreasing is the going for walks under the opportunities of for the body weight reduce. Eat clean fruit instead of consuming veggie fruit juice, Drink more water daily, Avoid bakery products, Avoid using tobacco and alchohol, Sleep at least 7 hours a day and Choose actual clean fruit over attitude .

Exercise can help you to reduce your weight. But you should do exercise regularly. If you drink green tea daily then it is also help you to reduce your weight.

You must control to eat junk food and non vegetarian food.You should try to drink water more and more. For the over weighted and the obese people there are so many tips with which they have to take care. Make complete diet chart and be regular in it.
