Elizazeith is correct about the weather but be warned that February can be extremely hot in Cape Town. You can expect the temp to be above 30'c and sometimes a lot higher. Its nothing like Dubai though.I would avoid Cape Town in winter.. its wet and boring. Go after November and be back by April..
